Cancellation & Refund Policy
ADM Developers (Promoter of Mayur City) follows a transparent and customer-centric refund policy in accordance with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) and DDJAY-2016 guidelines.
1. Unsuccessful Allotment Refund
In cases where a plot application for Mayur City (HRERA-PKL-JJR-678-2025) is not successful during the allotment process:
- 100% Refund: The entire registration/booking amount will be refunded to the applicant.
- Zero Deductions: No administrative or processing charges will be deducted for unsuccessful allotments.
- Timeline: The refund will be processed within 15 to 20 working days from the date of the allotment result.
2. Mode of Payment
To maintain financial transparency and comply with anti-money laundering norms:
- Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Card) used at the time of booking.
- No cash refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Voluntary Cancellation by Allottee
If an allottee wishes to cancel their booking after the allotment has been made:
- The cancellation will be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned in the Builder-Buyer Agreement (BBA).
- Refunds in such cases will be subject to RERA guidelines regarding the forfeiture of earnest money.
4. Statutory Compliance
All refunds are subject to the rules laid down by the Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana, and HRERA Panchkula. ADM Developers reserves the right to request identity and bank verification documents before processing any refund to ensure the security of funds.
